Additionally, the training strengthens communication, understanding, and empathy among people which may foster longer-term reconciliation and collaboration. It sets the stage for improved future interactions between and leads to the establishment of trust and respect.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training includes exercises to identify potential conflicts and triggers, managing emotions, asserting needs and desires, developing solutions collaboratively, understanding group dynamics, and resolving conflicts with compromise, respect and compromise.
